We came here for Dinner. Their restaurant jakayu - was very good. They had a lot of options for vegetarians. Their mains were good - we tried the veg milanesa which was different but good, the pacu was very good. Service was very good - especially Gabriel, who was excellent and very helpful. Ambiance was nice - you get to see fish in the floors. Restaurant is inside the hotel - so not very cosy, more like a professional business setting.

An ok stay considering there aren't many reasonable options.

Whilst the rooms were on the whole clean, they were dark. When you've got a lot of natural light being blocked out by the surrounding vegetation, the décor should be brighter and lighter. The biggest issue was the breakfast buffet. The staff were attentive (with Natalia being incredible - give her a pay rise!), but there are flies all over the food. Nothing is covered. It's really unhygienic. I'm not suggesting that each bowl or plate is covered, but they should keep the food in a temperature-controlled room which the guests could go into to get their food and then eat out in the main dining area (which needs proper A/C). This would totally stop the flies getting to the food. Usually the bread and pastries we stale due to the heat and humidity. A hotel in Sri Lanka that I stayed at did this in a fully glass structure and it was a great, stylish way to stop food going stale or spoiling and keep insects at bay.

The hotel is located in the forest a few kms from town. Nice lobby with bar and restaurant. Spacious room overlooking the pool. Comfortable bed with smallish cushions. The room had a small desk, lounge chair, mini fridge, in room safe and tea and coffee facilities. Large TV with lots of channels and wifi worked ok. No free water provided. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it wasn’t great. Badly overcooked steak. Breakfast was average as well with no food cooked to order and half the selections pastries. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but could have been a lot better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a complete scam. I hated every minute of it. The prices are outrageously high, with an $18 charge for a bowl of cereal being just one example. The rooms were far from clean, which was extremely disappointing. The location is very inconvenient, requiring a $20 taxi ride to get anywhere. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly rude, curt, obtuse, and insipid. I really hated my experience here and would advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.
