Dear Monika D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the discomfort caused by the strong paint odour in your room and for the fact that the measures taken did not adequately resolve the issue. We also regret that the cleanliness of the room fell below the standards we strive to maintain. We are particularly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the lack of an in-room refrigerator, especially given your personal requirements during your recovery. We understand how frustrating this must have been and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
