The first “Privelidge” room key I got had blood on the sheets when I pulled the douvet back to air the bed there was blood on the sheet with hair in the bed! I was thankfully moved to another room the next day after a long day at work to find the room had not been refreshed. The staff on the reception have been superb in dealing with the issues but I need to say it’s just acceptable and management need to act swiftly…….. I’ll let you make your own decision.

I recently held my baby shower at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team were incredibly helpful from start to finish, from assisting with the setup to giving us the entire room to host the event. We had a few dietary requirements, and they handled everything perfectly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the location itself was stunning, which made the day feel even more special. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event. Thank you to the entire team for making my baby shower so memorable! 💛

Het is al een ervaring om het hotel te naderen over de lange oprijlaan. Het hotel ziet er uitnodigend uit aan de buitenkant. we hadden een hele fijne ruime kamer, met hemelbed en bankstel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk.

Tengo la suerte de visitar varias veces este hotel y a pesar que se encuentra totalmente alejado de la ciudad, tiene todo lo que se puede esperar, comenzando por la excelente y personalizada atención con que te reciben y los maravillosos servicios de restaurante. Un lugar para disfrutar solo, en pareja, en familia, es de verdad tremendamente cálido, cómodo y elegante.
