Very disappointing stay. On arrival with suitcase and suit on hanger struggled to get into reception due to heavy non-automatic doors and nobody offering to help. The bedroom was extremely cold but adequately furnished. Went to the bar to eat and drink while doing some work but the non alcoholic beers (Budweiser and Guinness 0) on offer on the menu were not stocked. I ordered the superfood poke bowl which was supposed to be “lightly spiced grain salad, avocado, chickpeas, soya beans and peppers”. What arrived was a bowl of lettuce, diced carrot, raw cauliflower, an enormous amount of spicy red chili, spring onions, red onions and chickpeas. There was no avocado, grains, peppers or soya beans. The salad was far too chili hot and vinegary and not very nice. Staff were not very attentive and everything seemed to be an effort. There was a large tv in the bar, which was playing Eastenders with no sound. The news with subtitles or a sport would have been much better. I was here for a business event but would not recommend coming here from choice.

Have stayed quite a few times, standard of rooms is always very good, in our opinion otherwise we wouldn't stay . For us a good location for getting about this area. The staff are helpful and to us seem friendly and professional. Hope they keep the standard up.

Tia has been excellent behind the bar tonight been able to have a have a laugh and a joke and been a pleasure been a excellent night for business with the lads enjoying the service provided. Stayed for here a few times and it's always good. Will definitely come back.

My friend stayed with you and I joined her for dinner.. I can only comment on that! The restaurant wasn’t overly busy and to be honest the food wasn’t fabulous (we were compt drinks due to the humour being left of the sharing platter… and didn’t taste great when it arrived!) Complimentary drinks much appreciated The staff however (Holly and Sonny) were absolutely brilliant! Customer service 10/10… Polite.. professional and friendly! 🩷
