Terrible food

At check-in the lady was quite professional and friendly but from there everything just went downhill, the worst part was the food in the restaurant they have a small menu what is understandable if your place is not busy but waiting 1h for the food and when it came out was shocking to see that the pork ribs what my wife ordered it was literally 2 (bones) ribs when we seen from other tables they had a full rack of ribs, and it was unbelievably chewie and full of fat, clearly they had some issues in the kitchen, but shocking how could they serve it like that for 24 euros... when asked they wait if they have 2 different ribs in the menu he said no, and we explained how small it was his answer was he didn't seen it.

Friendly staff, room was big (only stayed in 2 bed apartment so can’t comment on other rooms). Evening buffet dinner was surprisingly good with a good choice, even for kids. Overall nice end to our holiday.

It's not the first time I stay in this hôtel as I like him very much. Beautifull view on swimming pool and golf course from my "Privilège" room. Good location close to the airport when taking early flight.

This hotel is well located, very quiet and staff is very attentive. They let me have a late checkout at 4pm, that helped me greatly. The view onto the golf is also quite agréable. Thanks for your kindness.

It’s normally a “safe” bet to book a 4 star hotel from the Mercure brand, but this was not the case. As we entered our room, a bad smell started “old and dust mixed with “smoking like dusk” smell. We booked an apartment for the family to sleep for one night, as soon as we walked we did not like what we saw. Furniture is old and dated. No remote controls in the room. The room was not cleaned and sanitized, specially during this season in Europe. We asked if there was an alternative room at the reception but they said the hotel was fully booked. Which was not true as we have barely seen anyone else in our area. The receptionist did not even bothered looking for an alternative. There was no towel in the room and no amenities. So we called the reception, their answer was “come and pick them up from here” The only good pint is the golf course location, everything else is NOT worth your money. Bad customer service, old furniture, horrible smell and no 4 star at all. Expensive food! I would give a -1 star if it was possible.
