afer covid we spend over 1,5 month at Hainan, in Sofitel Haikou , Raffles Hainan, Pullman Yalong Bay. Why not in Sofitel Leeman where we was so happy before covid - becouse me as Platinum member Accor Plus and my friend Diamond member Accor Plus send over 6 emails to reservations team and GM of this hotel and we do not get any answer, if two loyal Platinum and Diamond many years members of Accor Plus can not get any - positive or negative answer - so what can expect ordinary person? this is not Sofitel level and it is not high standard who was there before

Dear 19mateuszw, I am so sorry that you decided not to visit Sofitel Sanya during your recent stay in Hainan. You (your travel companion actually) emailed our Hotel Manager on 13 February at 20:43 and he responded the next day at 13:48. You then sent an email to Reservations on 19 February at 11:59 which was responded to by our Reservations Supervisor the same day at 19:06. Both our emails show as sent and we did not receive any "bounce back" message. As we never received any response to either email, we assumed you were not interested in our preferential rate offer. I do hope you will consider us for a future visit, as you had such a great time on your first visit. Kind regards, Marc de Beer General Manager

🌟第二次入住，入住体验非常不好，主要有几点: 1. 备房不到位：厕所周围有水渍或尿渍，没有很好清理。备品中没有棉签等，儿童入住儿童备品也没有提前准备; 2. 房间空调不制冷且服务不到位: 房间温度一直维持在25度以上，及时设置了16度…但是一个小时以上也没有反应，电话前台以后工程部检查以后表示设备没有问题就走了，过了一个小时仍然没有降温，再次电话联系工程部以后才解决。一共在酒店也没呆多久，但是这个服务真的是不敢苟同。 3. 儿童俱乐部温度偏高: 当天室温在27度，但是儿童俱乐部空调温度显示室温为28度，虽然已经设置成了5度，但是一点作用也没有。真的是汗流不止。

入住体验不错，活动安排合理，小朋友玩的很开心，选择的是行政海景房，酒廊安静选择丰富，早餐错峰还是不错的，总体五分

Mi sento di consigliare questo hotel. Stanze bellissime, moderne e pulite. Colazione a buffet sontuosa. Personale ( non cinese) disponibilissimo. Una nota di merito va al signor Adam, responsabile della ristorazione: super attento e disponibile a qualsiasi desiderio della clientela. Da ultimo per i bambini ci sono diverse attrazioni: scivoli nella piscina dedicata, kids garden, gite...
