Даже не предполагал, что этот отель нам так понравиться. Стоит на берегу моря через шоссе от пляжа. Под шоссе устроен переход с двумя лифтами. Пляж ухожен конкретно в этом месте. Да и дальше находится в приличном состоянии. Правда шезлонгов не так много. Иногда не хватает на всех желающих. Набережная у пляжа очень красивая, хорошо обустроена. Бассейнов несколько. Детский бассейн подогреваемый, что важно для детей в декабре. Есть три приличные водные горки. В бассейнах предлагают на прокат байдарки и большие надувные фигуры-плоты. В середине декабря в отеле много гостей. Неплохие завтраки с блюдами на разный вкус. Нормальная детская игровая площадка. Есть детский игровой городок и в помещении. У нас номер был с доступом в лаунж. Я часто пользуюсь такой услугой, так как у меня платиновая карта системы отелей. Но так хорошо и вкусно , как здесь нас в лаунже кормили в первый раз. С верхнего этажа прекрасная панорама на берег и море. Вообще отель построен так, чтобы все номера выходили окнами на море. Матрацы удобные, в меру мягкие. Подушки вообще можно подобрать под себя какие захочешь. Уборка достаточно качественная.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro, pulizia eccellente, personale preciso e attento alle esigenze anche se molti non parlano inglese. La colazione offerta è stata molto varia, l'offerta copre la usanze di molte religioni. Ottima la colazione cinese salata.

Sono appena stato in questa struttura insieme a mia moglie per un breve soggiorno mare a Sanya di 4 notti e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Il complesso è gigantesco e c’è veramente tutto. Il punto forte è sicuramente la spiaggia perché eccezionale, per nulla affollata e ci si può rilassare veramente alla grande. Ottima anche la cena a buffet mentre la colazione è veramente confusionaria. Unica pecca il fatto che le stanze sembrano avere i muri di cartapesta perché si sente ogni minimo rumore (dagli schiamazzi della clientela sicuramente poco educata a finire con veri e proprio traslochi!). Questo secondo me è un gravissimo punto dolente ma nel complesso ci si trova sicuramente bene.

Indeed, our hotel has a large area and is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities especially for the family and children. The unique private underpass and beach are definitely our selling point compared to the other hotels. Secondly, we are very pleased to know that you liked our BBQ-Hotpot buffet dinner very much .It is indeed another one of our selling point as the BBQ is a delicious Brazilian concept , while locating at the swimming pool area which creates a perfect outdoor rustic setting. As you feedback that breakfast is a little bit “confusing”, we will strengthen the management of breakfast with more staff to smoothen the crowd-flow during peak time. We thank for your highlight of the room soundproofing problem which we will look into to get it improved. Hotel rumoroso , personale incapace e in pochissimi parlano inglese, poco capaci di gestire il cliente, problematiche etc! Peccato perché la struttura e' eccezionale e le piscine meravigliose , anche il cibo e' ottimo sua in piscina che nel ristorante! Nota molto negativa le stanze poco insonorizzate e il personale

L'hotel e' situato nella baia meno ricca, ma e' comunque posto in un angolo tranquillo e fronte mare. E' dotato di un impianto di piscine molto all'avanguardia, con sabbia marina e idromassaggio. Le camere sono molto ampie e dotate di ogni comfort, compreso wifi gratuito. Ogni giorno vengono messe a disposizione due bottiglie di acqua e frutta fresca gratuitamente. La colazione e' molto ricca e variegata, compresa la parte occidentale. I prezzi del ristorante sono leggermente alti se si mangia fuori orario.
