Dear TrenchiD, Thank you for choosing the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa and we appreciate receiving your comments regarding your stay with us. First of all ,It was good to hear that both you and your wife had a good time spending 4 days with us. Indeed, our hotel has a large area and is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities especially for the family and children. The unique private underpass and beach are definitely our selling point compared to the other hotels. Secondly, we are very pleased to know that you liked our BBQ-Hotpot buffet dinner very much .It is indeed another one of our selling point as the BBQ is a delicious Brazilian concept , while locating at the swimming pool area which creates a perfect outdoor rustic setting. As you feedback that breakfast is a little bit “confusing”, we will strengthen the management of breakfast with more staff to smoothen the crowd-flow during peak time. We thank for your highlight of the room soundproofing problem which we will look into to get it improved.
