What a truly AMAZING hotel We stayed in a luxury pool villa which was absolutely spectacular, downstairs had a beautiful open plan living area, with a decent sized kitchen and Starbucks coffee machine. A fabulous outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and a twin bedroom. Then up the gorgeous wooden staircase to the master bedroom, fabulous outdoor bath and another double bedroom. There are endless beautiful spots around the grounds. From the gorgeous pool with great views to the swing outside the library, to the super stylish lobby. Lots of opportunities for beautiful photos The gym is well equipped and we were lucky to join a really high standard yoga class in the outdoor pavilion We also highly recommend taking the 30 minute walk up to the white temple, it’s well worth the walk up over 900 steps The staff were all excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We needed some kitchen equipment that was happily brought by room service, housekeeping did a really thorough job and the staff at breakfast and at front desk were all super friendly. We had lovely chats every time we walked out of our room with the friendly guy at the main gate We were able to take the hotel shuttle bus back into Chiangmai when we safely had to leave A special thank you to Nuchy for taking such very good care of us We will definitely be back

This hotel is very beautifully located, the rooms are nice but the interior designer surely never stayed at a hotel before. No towel racks, to use shelves you need to step into the bath, dark mood lighting in the bathroom and no easy way to use the hairdryer. This is however not spoiling the experience. Staff are extremely friendly, food is good, the setting for dinner in the garden is picturesque and the pool has a magnificent view. Would definitely stay here again

We only stay 2 nights. Great service from all staff, stunning swimming pool view and not far from Chiang Mai city. Only one thing need to improve is the cleanliness of public area. We will be back again.

An excellent resort. The breakfast spread is so nice. The staff are so accommodating. They made us special vegetarian dishes which were not part of the spread. We asked them for banana fritters and they complied. I don't think any other hotel will be so nice. Kudos to the staff who are always willing to help and comply with our wishes. Very large resort property, verdant, with water bodies all over. The rooms are spread out over a large area which offers excellent privacy. The resort is quite far from the town, a 30 minute drive and it may be difficult to get transport at odd hours, however the hotel offers shuttles to the main bazaar as also organises transport, not cheap, however good quality cars provided. We had one of the larger rooms with a huge bed, a sit out as also it’s with own jacuzzi (no hot water) and a huge bathroom. The other smaller rooms are also quite large. The restaurant The High offers breakfast with is quite ok, and options for veg. are limited as most options are with pork, beef. Service standards at the restaurant also need to improve, some of it may be due to language issues. Overall an very quite experience away from the hustle bustle of the town.
