Nice hotel for its class. Front desk service is very good. Location a bit out to the city centre. Surrounding eatery places is limited, very little choice. I would say it is for business hotel not for leisure.

one of the best hotel experience among chinese hotels. all levels of staff were helpful, nice and polite. very good quality breakfast. fast wifi and ethernet. comment though: bed too soft and room temperature too high.

This is my second stay in this hotel, everything is fine. Service good, room is a little small but very clean, no smell. Breakfast is good and suitable for western customers. The room charge is reasonable.

The location is just so so; new hotel, the facilities is so good. And the waiter's attitude is very good, specially in Jinan! The room was comfortable, if a humidifier in winter can be configured for the better, good breakfast, optional room more than the other, good coffee!

The facilities quite newly & with good service, it's a good hotel in Jinan city, I will always choose in in Jinan city but not enough of breakfast, not too much choice of breakfast too, need to improve it

This time, it was my first of many business trip to China. I went through Tianjin, Tangshan, Beijing, Xiamen, Hangzou and shanghai. To be honest, one of Accor hotel I stayed in one of above areas dissapointed me for comforts level and food service. I completely enjoyed my stay at Grand Mercure Jinan hotel. Kind staff with service. Affordable room rate with clean environment. This is the hotel I am going to stay again when I come back here! This hotel is definitely my next choice again.

I book three bedrooms, When I arrive at the first room dedicate to the kids, Half of the lighting was out of order. One maintenance staff came to fix the problem. The same evening, the same problem occur and then the staff came to fix it again. The day after, same story happen again. When I took the second bedroom, there was a problem at the bathroom with the water flow. Two maintenance staffs came to fix the problem, and solve it after one and half hour. I finally got my room freely at 05:00 pm when the checking start at 02:00 pm. Evening the same day, I try to connect my smartphone on the room Wifi, but couldn't get through. I call the reception desk, then one staff came over and quickly acknoledge that he had no clue about this matter and went out. The first morning at the breakfast restaurant, the staff told us that we have right of five breakfasts (we were six persons) when the confirmation of my internet booking (on Accor group website) confirm six breakfasts. We had to talk again and its gave us opportunity to group all our problems. I wish to stay in a hotel and enjoy my time rather than support all these kinds of bothering problem of maintenance and inappropriate service.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced during your recent stay. We investigated on the lighting which was indeed out of order reason being the night-light trip This issue is a little bit complicated so it could not be repaired right away. We sincerely appologies for this and fully agree that one should enjoy staying in a hotel and not be bothered with such minor issues. As for the Wi-Fi, We are so sorry that our staff come and did not solve the problems for you, I would talk with the Director of rooms and make sure such thing would be avoided in the future. For the breakfast issue, as we cannot track your stay information and dont know what is going on then, all the reservation from Accor group website would be directly download to our opera system, which is very strange the information have the differences, we would follow on this case. We truly hope that we will be able to accommodate you again in the future despite all the small incident happened during your last stay, we are sure all the bothering problem of maintenance and inappropriate service would be solved, you can judge the changes by yourself. Have done a lot of traveling stayed in some nice hotels but Jinan sunshine blew me away with how nice our room was, it was outstanding Service, staff, room, food was fantastic Location was for business so never got to appreciate where we stayed as we were only there the one night. If your looking for luxury Jinan Sunshine was PERFECT
