I've stayed for one night, the room was ok with the price-ratio, comfortable and rightly size, i got the corner room on the 3rd floor. Shower is a bit small but adequate, strangely one has to pay for toothbrush. I woke up late and enjoy my coffee but missed the buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly although English are limited. I will stay again if I'm around the area. Wifi is horrible and eratic, I couldn't get proper connection.

I visited Laos for the first time after COVID. I chose Ibis partly because of the membership. The hotel is not very huge, but the location is quite central. It was the first time for me to stay here for holiday unlike my previous visits and having no car, the location was important. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is bright and has basic amenities. Compared with other hotels, this hotel is slightly more expensive, but quality is good.

Stayed here for two nights in January 2024. Pros: - The staff (even with limited English) are very sweet and will try to help you with anything you need. - The room had everything I needed. Comfortable and cozy. - Good AC - Close to many tourist attractions. You can basically walk almost everywhere. Cons: - No cons really. If you’re loyal to Accor, this is your only choice in Vientiane. And it’s a good choice. Recommended: Yes

The Nam Phou Park is just < 1 minute away. The hotel is near the night market and next to the police station :D The room was decent, and the staffs were friendly! They did arrange to pick up and drop off from the train station. You can book the service at the front desk one day before your departure day. Our most memorable moment was when the staff used Patio Umbrella to shade us from the car to the hotel while it was raining. Thank you Ibis Nam Phou team!

Plumped for a European brand for simplicity, it was fine and even though it was a fairly old building if was in good condition , clean and good air conditioning. Plenty of staff, several could speak English. Small bar / restaurant area - usually quiet because of other options close by, Central area, a good choice to stay in for Vientiane. Vientiane at night is lovely It was hot though, had it had a pool it would have had a 5 , Stayed 2 nights.
