The staff are friendly and have accommodated in the best possible way during our stay have rendered extra mile in meeting our needs. We are very satisfied and we will come back for sure. Waiter is very friendly and very caring. Great service, will recommend my friends to come and stay here. Room is cleaned nicely daily. The housekeepers are very feiemdly too. Breakfast n dinner were very delicous. Cooks were very friendly too.

I recently stayed at Ibis, Yanbu and had a very comfortable experience. The housekeeping staff were excellent and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The receptionists, Mr. Abdul Moula, Ms. Maha, and Ms. Jumana, were extremely professional and helpful. Additionally, the security personnel, particularly Mr. Aasim Al Johani, were very receptive and ensured a safe environment. The overall professionalism of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Ali, made my stay pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommended! -

Very friendly staff, always ready to assist. Smart room, clean linen, and nice beds. Windows need a bit of cleaning on a regular basis from the outside though. A fantastic breakfast is served every morning, it was one of my best experiences.
