Very good response and hospitality showed was excellent by Ms. Jomanah .. welcome and kind toward the guest and understanding the need of the customer requirement is too good , like wise breakfast was nice , this is not my first time I have been here for from than 5 times all my experience here at Accor was excellent

One of the best hotels, the hotel is excellent and all its staff are very helpful. And the quality of the food is very good and you can get a room at a very low price. And the rooms are clean. I will recommend you to stay here whenever you come Yanbu.

Hotel service 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 The highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast—a great variety of fresh options, including pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, ensuring a perfect start to the day. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Hotel for its excellent service, cozy ambiance, and tasty breakfast.
