Not up to Ibis styles standard. Shabby room, dirty floor, hard uncomfortable bed with sheets that don't fit. Air-conditioning not cool enough to sleep under provided quilt. Mold in shower.No milk for coffee and tea. So disappointed, I couldn't wait to get out.

The hotel was fairly easy to find and there was free parking. The location is a bit strange as it is surrounded by high rise flats and offices. Car park has no gate and local youths sitting on steps at hotel entrance made me feel uneasy. Not much in way of restaurants nearby. Hotel has mostly old tired ibis decor with some new coloured panels here and there and repainted textured paper. Yellowing fittings in bathrooms make it look quite dated. There is a step into the rooms on the 3rd floor below the floor level of the corridor which could trip guests. Family room beds not made up for kids but receptionist happy to help. Family room ok apart from low positioned air conditioning next to window/bed that it too easy to bang your head on. Phone did not work and had been unplugged. Double room had a tiny bathroom and a lot of mould in the shower. Reception closes at 10 but there is a phone number to call for assistance. Breakfast was quite sparse. Most of the pastries were overcooked/burnt. Fresh fruits needed replenishing. Quite disappointing for an Ibis hotel. Seemed more like an Ibis budget hotel.

The most dreadful Styles hotel - lavatory pan was cracked as was the shower tray! Nowhere to put toiletries and bathroom so small you could hardly turnaround in it! No tissues either! Would never stay there again! Maybe an ordinary Ibis would have been better! The girl behind reception was not terribly friendly or helpful either. Breakfast was ok.

Ibis are like MacDonald's you know what to expect.

Bed was comfortable , rooms are small but have everything you want. Shower was also good in a very compact bathroom. Colour schemes in the hallways & rooms a not the best. Bar shut very early which was disappointing after such long drive

The building and rooms are rather shabby and a bit gloomy and small. Rather a stretch to put this into the STYLES category of ibis hotels. Nice staff trying their best though. The location is very central for Bourg which was great. Remember the strict French rules of eating and drinking though - NO LUNCH AFTER 2 pm.
