전반적으로 시설은 올드하나, 위치가 좋았음. 객실 정돈을 잘 해주시는 점이 마음에 들었음. 조식당의 커피 머신에 자주 물이 부족해서 가동이 안되는 점 때문에 고객들이 불편해했음. 오믈렛은 사진과 다른 형태로 제공되었음.

무릉원에서 위치가 좋아 관광하기 편했어요. 관광지 티켓도 호텔 직원 통해 편하게 구입하고 예약했고요. 서비스도 좋아서 불편함없이 지내다 왔어요. 방도 플랫이라 업그레이드 받아서 만족해요. 아버지 칠순 기념 여행이라 생신을 알려드렸더니 도착 시간에 맞춰 케이크와 초 등을 준비해주셔서 감동했습니다. 세심한 서비스에 감사드립니다.
