Stayed at this hotel inside the core area of Zhangjiajie. Like other Pullman, such as in Beijing, bathroom with big open glass view and can see through between the bedroom and bathroom. It is a big site with various buildings. The restaurant for daily breakfast is huge and offers both chinese and western food. There were dim sum dishes there but more Northern style. On the days of stay. The ceiling of the coffee shop close to the main entrance contained chinese writings. The main entrance floor mainly use brown and white colours. When a tour group arrived, the back screen will show welcome message with tour company logo on it so that the tourists felt welcomed.

Travel to Avatar mountains. Enjoyed hotel and specially travel agent Mr Zhu, who made our stay really memorable and challenging. Very good professional. In the hotel we enjoyed room , foot massage. Good location. Breakfast is ok, could be better.

The hotel staff Ivan is fantastic as all other staff. I am happy with this hotel, the staff very professional, speak & understood English make it easy to converse.
