Had a wonderful one-night stay at ibis Kochi with my family. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Special mention to the front office team for their warm hospitality and for ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at ibis Kochi City Centre. From the moment of booking, the team was friendly, responsive, and highly professional. All my reservations and airport pick-up arrangements were seamlessly coordinated, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also organised a business dinner with my key stakeholders, and the hotel team truly exceeded expectations. Special recognition to Executive Chef Arun, F&B team Mohan and Front Office Manager Kiran for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The Kerala specialties served were outstanding—authentic, flavourful, and truly one of the best Kerala dining experiences I’ve had. A sincere thank you to the entire team for delivering such a memorable and well-executed stay.

The stay was comfortable. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was so tasty and the rooms are so clean .

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for a short rest. Thank you for the excellent service. Bathroom cleaning was good hygiene and clean.The housekeeping staff Ms. Seena were polite, respectful, and always greeted me with a smile. I’d like to commend Sijo for his quick response. Their professionalism positively impacted my experience. Maintains person sijo he also very helpful for tv assist. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
