I had a long 8 day stay. A big shout out to Housekeeping, who did up my room every day - very well. A huge Thank You to Mohan at the Restaurant, who got the chef to make me vegetable soup when I had an upset stomach. And to Saranya at the Front Desk for sorting out payment issues and generally making the stay a pleasant one. Grateful to all of them for making my stay a comfortable and pleasant one. Thank You 🙏

Good place for a short stay. Location is the main advantage which is near to shopping areas and tourist places. Reception on the first floor and the reception team was so helpful and courteous. Receptionist helped with the luggage. It was a quick checkin. Room was compact. Gym on the second floor and restaurant on the first floor. The manager in the reception helped me with places to visit and suggested to take water metro. Food was good. Checkout was smooth. Best part reception team gave us complimentary late checkout till 3pm. Sure will comeback to this Ibis. One of the best Inis I have stayed in Inda

Typical Ibis standard. You know what to expect. However there is a lack of charging points. For two people on one side of bedside has a charging point. Needs to be fixed. The couch was dirty and full of dust. Pictures attached. Cleaning needs to be improved

فندق اقتصادي جميل أفضل السكن في فنادق ibis لأنني عضو في برنامج accor ولأنها فنادق لها معايير محددة في نوع السرير والمرتبة وهي مريحة بالنسبة لي يبعد الفندق عن مطار كوتشي ساعة و 10 دقائق في وقت الذروة وتكلفة الوصول للمطار عبر اوبر 900 روبيه تقريباً يوجد غرف مخصصة للمدخنين و مطعم وخدمة غسيل الملابس و غرف الاجتماعات موقعه جيد بالقرب من المطاعم والمحلات

La habitación nueva y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien y todas las comodidades. El baño impecable, siempre todo muy limpio (que en India es algo difícil encontrar). Todo su personal muy amable siempre. El desayuno muy rico y el restaurante variado y muy bien atendido. Queda a pocas cuadras del puerto donde salen los ferrys públicos a Fort Kochi, y playas. Además, a su alrededor hay tiendas, cajeros automáticos y transportes. Muy recomendable.
