I was in Łódź for 3 nights working on a project. I have been here before and I have never been disappointed. Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Lovely comfortable bed and a lovely superior room where I was able to work and relax. 5 minutes' walk to the central tram station and Piotrkowska, and a large shopping mall 1 minute's walk away. The breakfasts were amazing! I only wish I had an appetite big enough to try everything - plenty of choice with both hot and cold food. I have no reason to choose any other hotel when I visit Łódź. Thank you all at Novotel for being perfect!

I have booked this hotel several times for the last years and now the hotel is not providing more a bottle of water in the room. It was mentioned as sustainably motivation but in fact is cost saving in my POV. I really didn’t like it

All my stays in Novotel Łódź were good and everything works perfect there. Great location, comfortable room, tasty breakfast, helpful staff and pets are accepted. Out of all hotels I stayed in Łódź in past few years this is the best place.
