Polite and attentive team! Check in and check out was easy, breakfast amenities were great and enjoyable. Great pricing for what you get! Water and beverages available for purchase inside room. Highly recommend for staying in and around da nang, central location to walkable distance cafe and coffee shops.

Very comfortable experience at Grand Mercure Danang. Clean and spacious room with Golden Dragon river view. The breakfast was delicious and various. Deeply impress with all staff members there, especially receptionists. Promise to be back soon. 5 stars for the quality.

We had an excellent weekend at the grand mercure. Personnel are extremely kind and professional, management is caring much for customer satisfaction, excellent culture of hospitality. I liked the restaurant, the bar and the lounge. Room is top cleaned. The hotel offered us also a shuttle to go to couple of attractions in Danang. I would like to thank you so much for the special attention and the upgrade. And especially to send my best regards and big thanks to Huy, the restaurant manager, who really knows how to change complaints into compliments. I enjoyed everything and would wish to visit you again in my next vacation. Thank you so much.
