The service is exemplary at MGallery Hotel the rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. Bao at Concierge helped us with all our needs and was super friendly. Buffet breakfast/food catered to every taste bud. Definitely will be making a return trip to this hotel.

Disappointing Lack of Flexibility and Mismatch Between Manager’s Claims and Cancellation Policy

My stay at the Hotel Royal Hoi An MGallery unfortunately left me with a disappointing experience. I initially booked from the 8th to the 13th but had to extend until the 18th because the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi made travel to my next destination, Hanoi, unsafe. However, when conditions improved and I was able to leave on the 14th, the hotel refused any form of refund, credit, or voucher for the unused nights. What made this situation more surprising is that I noticed the hotel's cancellation policy only by chance while browsing my Accor app at the airport after I had already left the hotel. The policy clearly allows free cancellation up to 18:00 the day before arrival, with only the first night charged beyond that. Despite this, when I extended my stay, I was told the new booking was non-refundable, which felt inconsistent with their stated policy. I also asked if they could at least refund the unused breakfasts, but this request was also denied. When I asked to speak to the reservation manager, I was told he was not on site. I then kindly asked to speak to him by phone, but this request was unfortunately declined as well. Given that I had just purchased an Accor Plus membership (which I informed the staff about), this made the experience even more disappointing. The real issue here was the hotel's total inflexibility. I wasn't asking for much, just a bit of understanding given the unusual circumstances, but all I received were rigid, unhelpful responses. I have to say that I expected a lot more from a supposedly reputable establishment, especially as part of a brand like Accor. I have traveled extensively, and this is the first time I’ve received such a response from any hotel, let alone a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I would advise future guests to think twice before booking, especially if there’s any chance your plans may change.

superb hotel with great accomodation. The room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom did not seem very private, but we finally noticed that there were blinds that could be pulled down. It would be better if these were pointed out on arrival, as it wasn't obvious. The breakfast was very good, with everything that you could need, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated and a very short walk from the shops and night markets, so it's a lovely area. Reccomended.

Amazing stay good hospitality and the staff was very helpful special Mr. HOANG Bell man. Swimming pool was kept clean and our room was spacious and tidy. Overall we will give a thumps up to the staff and 5 star rating for our 2 days stay. Thank you so much.
