The breakfast buffet was just about all-right. The staff was not too helpful. Not all the guests were given equal attention with regards to basic service. The laundry had to be called up even after mentioning the time on the slip. The checkin and checkout time was decently short.

My experience at Novotel was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff displayed shocking unprofessionalism. The receptionist argued unnecessarily, contradicting things I never said, and created confusion instead of resolving my concerns. When I requested to speak to the duty manager, he rudely redirected me to the travel desk. Only after I showed him a message from the travel desk advising me to speak to the duty manager did he begrudgingly comply. The back-and-forth was exhausting and completely avoidable if the staff had been competent. I clearly informed them that I would be staying for just 3 hours and needed a quiet room to relax. Despite this, they assigned me a room filled with loud party noise, ruining my brief stay. Even after raising a complaint, I have now been waiting for over half an hour for them to change my room. This level of delay and lack of urgency is disgraceful. Novotel has demonstrated a shocking disregard for guest comfort and time. Their hospitality is far below acceptable standards, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. If you want a relaxing and hassle-free experience, choose Roseate Hotel—they are miles ahead in service and professionalism. Novotel is a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!

Stayed for a few nights at the end of a long working tour of India and found the hotel to be clean, modern and what is needed. Apart from a few exceptions, the staffing was average and could have been more attentive. However, the room was clean and well kept and public areas well structured. One downside was breakfast, where the staff couldn't keep up with demand and the food pretty average. Overall OK, but expensive for an overall average experience.

Best location Have stayed here a few times now, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The airport pick up is also a great service after traveling 13hrs from sydney- however I would like to request that the car was at a closer pick up- as the long walk was extremely long and exhausting after such a long journey. I was delighted to have a room upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Buffet dinner was pleasant with numerous Indian options. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The best Masala Dosa I’ve ever had. The gentleman preparing was exceptional. All staff were extremely attentive and made sure plates were cleared in a timely manner. Overall I was happy with my stay. However I would like to suggest that the airport transfer from the hotel back to the airport be reduced as the Uber ride was considerably cheaper.
