We stayed here for one night before our flight home. On arrival my wife who is 70 was made to unpack her case in the middle of reception to remove a pair of binoculars, using her own jumper to kneel on. I don’t really understand the need to confiscate these as we had a room facing an inner courtyard and the camera on my phone is nearly as powerful plus I has a 400mm SLR zoom that wasn’t confiscated, but if they feel the need to do so there should be a private place to unpack, as it’s not acceptable to make a 70 year old kneel on the floor in reception. Also beware of the bar prices, scanning the QR on the TV in the room for the Pling bar shows a menu with one set of prices but when we came to pay our bar bill the prices were double for every drink. We did ask for an explanation of this at checkout in the morning as we were not aware we had been served doubles and we certainly didn’t ask for them but no one could be found before we had to leave for our flight. We also weren’t advised before our stay that the pool would be closed due to building work. Other than these issues the rooms are nice and the food was good.

We had Stay at Pullman Aerocity, New Delhi from 21st November to 24th November. The stay was excellent. Would like to, specially thanks the housekeeping , Mr. Nemkumar - Floor executive , his service was beyond words. He tried to solve our big and small issue regarding the rooms. I stayed in room number 1554. The another gentleman I would like to mention her Mr. Nishant Kaushik – Asst. Front office, Manager.

We stayed here when we landed from NYC for 2 nights until we started our one month India trip. It was a wonderful stay - clean and roomy hotel, comfy bed, large modern room and bathroom, extensive breakfast buffet and very hospitable staff. Easy walk to the shopping center next door for variety of meals if you want to eat elsewhere than the hotel.

Excellent hospitality and staff.
