Ich habe in Aerocity Delhi in 3 verschiedenen Hotels geschlafen innerhalb von 3 Wochen. Novotel hat gute Zimmer, ein gutes Fitness Center (24 Stunden geöffnet), aber ist mit Abstand das lauteste Hotel bzgl Geräuschkulisse außerhalb des Zimmers. Ganz besonders das Restaurant ist unerträglich laut. 1st: Akustik wie eine Grosskantine 2nd: laute Musik (typischerweise traditionelle indische Musik, live aber über Lautsprecher verstärkt auf Disko Niveau, Da gibt's keine Chance zu entspannen, man kann sich kaum unterhalten. 3rd: Gäste machen Ihre Anrufe oder Videocalls per Lautsprecher auf ihren smartphones. Das ist recht üblich in Indien, aber nicht in 5 Sterne Hotels. In Summe: die Geräuschkulisse macht es für mich unmöglich dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.

das gewohnte Bild der Novotel-Gruppe, alles groß, gut organisiert. Der Check-In ist sicher immer etwas hektisch, da wäre eine Puffer-Zone mit "fliegenden" Rezeptionisten eine Variante; evtl. gibt es das schon, ich habe es vermisst
