Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the presence of ants, our hotel is surrounded by greenery and, despite the regular pest control treatments carried out throughout the property, the occasional presence of insects can unfortunately occur, especially during the warmer months. We would also like to clarify that this issue was brought to our attention only at the time of check-out. Had we been informed earlier during your stay, our team would have been pleased to intervene immediately by inspecting the room and, if necessary, offering you an alternative room to ensure your comfort. We are particularly sorry to read your comments about the receptionist. The colleague you referred to was the team member who assisted you at check-out and who, after listening to your concerns, sincerely apologized and offered you and your partner complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill. It is therefore disappointing to learn that her efforts to assist you were perceived differently, as providing courteous and attentive service is one of our core values. We value every guest's feedback, as it helps us continue improving our services, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay.
