We are long-time Accor members and repeat guests at Pullman Pattaya, but our recent experience was extremely disappointing and deeply concerning — and the entire incident felt like a scam linked to the hotel’s taxi arrangement. We booked an airport taxi through the concierge for 2,000 baht. After checkout, and after travelling several kilometres, the taxi suddenly turned back to the hotel without informing us. When we returned, the hotel claimed there was an unpaid bill of 947 baht which they had failed to enter into the system earlier. This mistake was entirely on the hotel — yet instead of calling us on our registered number or sending a payment link, they recalled the taxi while we were already en-route to the airport, causing stress and delay. During the second drive, the driver was continuously on the phone while driving with one hand, which felt unsafe. When we reached the airport, she demanded 3,000 baht instead of the agreed 2,000 baht and stated that she had to pay commission to the hotel, which made the situation feel even more suspicious and unethical. When we called the hotel for support, no one connected us to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mario, despite us being repeat guests who know him personally. There was no accountability or assistance from the hotel. After spending over 32,000 baht in two days, this treatment was shocking. A simple phone call or payment link could have resolved the missing 947 baht — instead, we experienced an unsafe transfer, extra payment demands, and behaviour that strongly appeared like a coordinated scam involving the taxi and hotel arrangement. I urge Accor management to urgently review: – billing accuracy before checkout – concierge taxi commission practices – guest safety during airport transfers – escalation & responsibility from management (including Mr. Mario) Future guests — please double-check your bill at checkout and exercise extreme caution when booking taxis through the hotel.

**Fantastic stay – outstanding service and unforgettable New Year’s Eve** What a fantastic place to spend a holiday. From the moment we arrived at the Pullman Pattaya, we felt truly looked after. A special mention must go to Mario at check-in, who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my elderly parents were comfortable, arranging a room close to the lift. That level of care really set the tone for our stay. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, particularly towards elderly guests. At breakfast, the team helped my mother with her food without hesitation, always with patience and a smile. Service at the bar was also impressively quick and friendly. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality across the menu. We stayed for five nights in two rooms and also booked the New Year’s Eve party, which was absolutely incredible. The effort put into the event was clear—we saw the team working hard throughout the day to make everything look beautiful. The evening itself was unforgettable: stunning decorations, top-quality food including oysters and seafood, plenty of champagne, and a fantastic atmosphere by the sea with a great DJ. For the quality offered, it was surprisingly affordable. An unforgettable experience and a wonderful family memory. We can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire Pullman Pattaya team for making our stay so memorable.

This property doesn’t know how to treat their GOLD members. Now at the time of check in the duty manager agreed to my request for an early check In and give me 1 room at 9:00 am and the second inter connecting room at 10:00 am. By the way I am a gold member of the ACCOR group. Upon going back at the reception at 9:20 am the other duty manger refuses on my face. Says I can be given one room at 9:45 and the other at 2:00 pm. What a shock? Now to add cherry on cake guess what I order food from room service and I’m told I’ll receive the food in 25 mins and exactly an hour later I call the room service department and they tell me another 15-20 mins for my food to be delivered. Is this Pullman? I then try to speak to the General Manager and as usual the GM isn’t around. Accor Group Management or CEO needs to strip down this property to IBIS category.
