Conditions at check-in were quite crowded in the drop-off area but the reception area was actually quiet, even though it was crowded, the staff were ready to help with my luggage and I was immediately invited to the receptionist and quickly gave me a luggage tag. Because I am a platinum Accor member, I got a free upgrade to a suite room, free late check-out until 14.00, Lounge access. Actually, I asked for late check-out until 16.00 but couldn't because there was high occupancy (14.00 was also good). The lobby looks modern with an industrial concept because of the exposed ceiling and the play of concrete color texture paint. The suite consists of a powder room, living room, bedroom and toilet. The powder room consists of a wash basin and closet. The living room has a luggage rack, minibar, sofa, TV, work desk and work chair. A free minibar is provided containing pringles, orange juice, Coca-Cola and Pokka green tea. For drinking water, you can add more for free. The coffee uses Dilmah and coffee uses capsule coffee. On the work desk, there is a welcome fruit platter and 1 bottle of Balian sparkling and still water each. Clear TV and smooth wifi. The bedroom only contains a wardrobe, bed, chair and small table. The minus for me bringing small children is that the bed is very high so it's a bit dangerous for those bringing small children, but the mattress is still comfortable. The floor is also full of carpet so it is comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub, wash basin, shower and closet. Complete amenities and towels are also provided: 2 body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels. Shampoo soap uses the Pullman standard, namely CO. Bigelow. Hot water, cold water smoothly. Facilities include a fairly large adult swimming pool, children's pool, gym, console play area, hammam (Turkish steam room), and sauna. For the swimming pool area, there are renovations for a kind of pool bar. For the lounge there are 2 offerings, afternoon tea 15.00-17.00 and evening cocktail 18.00-20.00. The food served in the lounge is delicious and satisfying. Afternoon tea menu: pistachio cake, salad, tuna sandwich, klepon, fried sushi, tempura, chips, sweets and various soft drinks Evening cocktail menu: potato soup, rica fish, baked pasta, bread, taro pudding, brownies, layered cakes, croissants, sushi, dried fruit, nuts, longan, salad, fruit, cold cuts (salmon, etc.), wine, beer, tom yum fried noodle, roasted bbq chicken, cauliflower, We took breakfast at the restaurant. There are quite a lot of variations but the taste is just basic good. The menu: 1. Croquettes, quiche, egg station, chicken fritter, hash brown, beef bacon, sausage, bean, tomato, mushroom 2. Dimsum, noodle station, fried rice, fried soon, stir-fried green beans, tauco fish, congee, porridge 3. uduk rice, balado egg, orek tempe, balado eggplant, beef curry, bbq chicken 4. Crackers, fruit, salad, sweets, nuts, cheese 5. hummus, Fattoush, cold cut, bread, waffles, pancakes, bread butter pudding, 6. cereal, milk, various pies, compote, yoghurt, various pastries

Our stay at Pullman Central Park Jakarta Hotel was truly wonderful and unforgettable, especially as they made my birthday incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room with elements that my wife and I adore. As huge Disney fans, we were delighted to see the mirror adorned with a beautiful castle and hidden Mickeys. They also surprised us with a delightful birthday cake. Every stay at Pullman Central Park is always amazing! They also helped to bring and deliver all of our items that we sent to concierge up to our room. Special thanks to Ryo, Diana, and Novi for arranging everything so perfectly! 😊🙌

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful experience. I requested a small decoration in the room, and they fulfilled it beautifully. Special thanks to Diana and Pras for the lovely decorations, which included a small cake for my daughter. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

A very nice hotel with artistic decorations, strategic location. Love every corner of this place. Room was comfortable and clean, thanks to Deko from Front Office for assisting us. We had a really great stay and will be back here again for sure
