It is a real pleasure to know that you have been impressed by the level of service from our Team for their kindness courtesy and professionalism. I am also glad to know that you have praised the spacious space of the public areas and the comfort of the bed. I have taken notes of the feedback on the size of the room and the lay out of the bathroom which adapt the overall design concept of the hotel: industrial – raw. I have also noted your comments on the view from the room, the time it took to refill the food at the buffet counters and then prices of the drinks.
