We like this hotel, it is old, but the rooms are very large and comfortable and the beds very comfortable. The wi-fi is not terribly good, but okay.

This hotel has some good points. It's old, thus the rooms are large. I had a nice street view and a spa bath in my room. It is also central in the city, and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. They have onsite parking too. Unfortunately, the hotel also has some not-so-good points. The main one for me was the constant noise I could heard in my room all night. It sounded like an A/C system, but mine was off. Maybe it was a water pump or water heating system, but whatever it was, it kept me awake. This place is ok, but frankly there are much better offerings in Mildura, so I doubt I'll be back.

Reasonably size room. Old building. Clean, bed comfortable. Shower recess in need of work. Onsite parking is available. No view from our room. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and pub.

Avoid the hotel - needs maintenance and upgrades. Restaurant the only highlight

Unfortunately this hotel has been consistently getting worse over the 8 years we have been regularly visiting Mildura. Since December 2024 we have seen a huge decline in quality, and recent visits were marred by a broken toilet that was leaking sewerage into the bathroom floor. On our most recent and last visit, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Our room had broken furniture, a broken, leaky and mouldy air conditioner, bathroom door that looked like it had been punched, the room was dusty and carpet very tired and stained. Another member on TripAdvisor provided photos of the room we stayed in and the same issues were still present despite us staying several months after that review. In terms of the amenities in the room, the pillows given were old and had lost their plushness and the bathroom failed to have any towel hooks other than one small towel rail. The room has a random spa bath in the bedroom area which is very dated and could be removed. I have been a Silver Accor Member for sometime as well and no welcome drink has ever been provided despite it showing in my app. The only good thing about this property is that the restaurant is back up and running and you can see it is popular by the amount of people in it over a weekend. For many years there was no restaurant. I have lodged a complaint with Accor who acknowledged my concerns and passed them to management but I haven’t received any response from there. I would not recommend anyone stay here until management undertakes some serious maintenance on the rooms.

En un pais donne la mayoría toma desayuno fuera de casa, y viajando por trabajo, donde se necesita a veces trabajar y conectarse desde la habitación se agradece un Hotel que funciona como apart Hotel con piezas y area de trabajo. en este caso el Mercure solo tiene un inconveniente, no tiene servicio de aseo ni mucamas. Una lastima, pero el resto esta muy bien!!!
