I spent one night at this hotel in April of this year-2025-and it was very satisfactory...The location was perfect-right beside the bus station...The room was very large and sleep quality was excellent...Breakfast-included in the price-was very good with a wide variety of food available...Staff were friendly and overall this hotel is worth returning to...

We booked a room, but made a mistake on the dates (off a month). We realized the mistake within an hour and contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. They refused to change the date and kept our money. Needless to say, we will not be rebooking for the correct dates.

Everything went smoothly. The only comment that I have is that the front desk should provide tour information. My tour booked through Viator was cancelled. I wish that I had the tour information from the hotel to book alternate tours

The hotel sits above a shopping area and a bus terminal in a remote area of Puerto Montt. The building is run down and shabby. Rooms are filthy, loud and small with bathrooms that you would like not to enter. Staff is friendly but they have only little knowledge about what they are doing and don't speak english at all. Breakfast is just ok but the unfriendly staff underline the hostel style atmosphere. We would not go there again.

We only spent one night here, to recharge between long trips between Chaiten and Valdivia but for convenience there is nothing like staying at a hotel resting on top of the bus terminal! Kudos to the staff for allowing us to store two bags before we embarked on our loop to Chiloe and the Chaiten. It would have been a nightmare to lug those extra two suitcases around small towns as we searched for lodging. Thanks again, Ibis!
