The staff was not up to the standard that I am used to. I had a great experience @ IBIS: Concepcion, Berlin & Stockholm. The rooms where good except for the mattress. You guys need to make some urgent modifications @ IBIS PUERTO MONTT!!

We booked a room, but made a mistake on the dates (off a month). We realized the mistake within an hour and contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. They refused to change the date and kept our money. Needless to say, we will not be rebooking for the correct dates.

Well located in a big mall center. Not far from Port to take ferry to Chaíten.
