Clean hotel, great service, very close to all key places. What really amazed me about this hotel was the General Manager Mr. BENJAMIN. He was present everywhere in the hotel to help and talk and make things comfortable. I must have travelled to 38 countries and 150 hotels by now. Never seen a GM with such energy, such zeal and dedication to work. The hotel will always do well with this kind of Manager. One ISSUE which I must talk about is the design of the Room Bath tub. Not only its blocking the path, the wall on the bathtub is hazardous and can result in injury

All the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, at the reception was received with a cocktail and by leaving was all organized by the hotel staff. Mr. Hai was always looking after me and gave me very good instructions to where to visit and where to go.

This is a quality hotel. Outstanding service and staff, excellent restaurant and bars in a really good area, also excellent ciews fron the rooftop bar, and a very good breakfast in the main restaurant. All the staff from the moment you arrive until you leave are really good and a pleasure to deal with. Really good for Accorplus and Accor members. All privileges of status deluvered go a very high standard

great stay in HCM, new hotel in the center of action and nice rooftop bar. The room is big and spacious with great view as well. Long is helping us in many ways and make our stay feel welcome..we really enjoy our stay and definitely will be back for sure

very nice location, excellent service, staff are very good. nice ambience. Roof top restaurant gives a beautiful view of HCM. Need to improve on breakfast spread and need to add more food dishes which will add to the already great hotel
