Bath room area need to improve

First, I'll said that the hotel room is spacious, but the bath room area need to improve and no replenish of toiletries for 1st & 2nd & 3rd nights, I'm called housekeeping to feedback on 2nd night, they said will replenish everyday. But 3rd night still "No". Feedback to front desk staff, they said will look into this case, but till check out, no people get back to me what happen. For bath room area, I'm stay for 4 nights, 1st night I tot that I'd turned on the water pressure too high that water leak out from the bath area and wet the bath room and no drainage for water to flow, then I need to use toilet paper to wipe it. 2nd night, I tried to turn the water pressure lower , water still leak out, no choice wipe the floor again. 3rd & 4th night still the same, release that the door unable to close it tide that caused the water leakage out. Hopefully, maintenance staff can look into this case.

Great Hotel for business traveler also. You have two great friendly, knowledgably, extremely helpful people at front desk with warm smiles - Vivian and Aaron. When you come to your room you see great welcoming flowers & treats for frequent guest - I am lucky to be one of them prepared by all specially Wendy - in charge of hose keeping with great support team consists of Lisa and Xu Yu Ping. Then you move to Urban Spoon food area with helpful people who remember your likings like Howard and York as well as the Chef. For a drink when you go to Lobby bar you will get efficient help with smile from Cindy. All has been possible for the mentor and the GM Richard Rennie - who has hand picked and trained how to best serve the guest. Thank you Pullman staff.

I’m a frequent business traveler. This is my 2nd time staying at Pullman Dongguan Changan. Overall, the hotel is good. However, hotel front desk was short staffed. Check out line instruction was not clear. People cut in and formed a 2nd line but 2 front desk staff was too busy to pay attention on who arrived first. Definitely need hotel management team to spend more time on the ground to understand customer needs and provide better customer experience.

The professional and detail oriented staff will give you the feelings of your home - being away from your own home. Smart quick thinking of Vivian Qi impressed me. Aaron Ma organized and made sure everything is taken care of what I need. They always go beyond your needs. A positive change with engaged staff - more international oriented by speaking English - was a great accomplishment by Renee Richard the GM - my putting the right people in right places. Great service from the Restaurant people like Chef Davis Xia. Once they knew what I like I did not need to tell them twice. Great place if your in business or with your family at leisure. I had a great stay at Pullman Dongguan 1/17/18 - 1/19/18. I had a luxury King Room that was fantastic. I hope I always ge the same room. The gym and food were perfect and all of the staff were nice. I had a 2 hour massage at the spa from DongDong and it was the best. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning. Thank you! JH

Most of staffs were been changed to new. They seems not well trained before they on duty. Event the manager of front desk ~ New and do not how to help checkin things, do not listen to customers. Concererge~ same problem, no one is wwilling to help even open the huge door also with no passion. But David is as usual, help everyone no matter if new or old customers. Queenie and Rebecca, they are also doing great with efficiency. The three staffs, David, Quennie, Rebecca are no doubt to be good. Hope we could meet them everytime when we arrived. :) Anyway, keep improving as you could.

Forgot the Welcome Drink to begin with. Does not feel that Welcoming if you have to ask for the Welcome Drink (which I avoided doing). Room smelled musty. Unfortunately I needed to extend my stay. Booked another two nights online via AccorPlus web site. When I informed the reception, one "Jay", of my extention and provided the AccorPlus confirmation number he told me my booking number was incorrect as their booking numbers are "six digits". Some Manager then came out and straightened Jay out. When I asked Jay why did he initially advise my booking number was incorrect he told it was non of my concern. "Middle Kingdom" New Rich Ignorant Arrogance !

It is the first time that I felt so confortable stay in this hotel. every staff were eager to helo on everything. even the concerge, front desk, room service, restaurant. they changes most staff this time. But tnot the staffs in the breakfast restaurant, they seems to be lazy and not friendly especially the omlate, egg stand.....

Quite remarkable. Astounding accommodations, restaurants and food, concierge and hotel services. Internet connections that worked simply and in an instant. All at a very affordable price. Likened to a castle, an oasis, and secure zone in the middle of the mayhem of a Chinese city. Yes - remarkable.. And the Accor Card honored to full value.

service is going down quickly

I was very surprised that the quality of this hotels service has gone down so quickly. I have been staying at this hotel for at least 3 or 4 years. This trip, the dinner service at the hotel was extremely slow - we waited more than 1 hour to receive our food and there were only a total of 10 customers in the restaurant and there were 5 people in our group! The gym equipment is also broken - it's been broken for the past several months. All 3 of the treadmills are broken and it doesn't seem that the management cares to replace these machines Finally, the staff told me I was staying in the hotels "most expensive room" on the 15th floor. The room is very nice however the wifi signal is EXTREMELY weak on the 15th floor. So if it's the most expensive room in the hotel, why is the wifi service so bad? It should be the best wifi service in the hotel. I really hope the hotel management starts to pay attention to these 3 service areas.

This is my first time to make a serious complain to Pullman hotel. I arrival there almost midnight.I have a problem when I check in to hotel. Hotel reception told me I heve NO reservation, I think their service so cold no passion and no smile. The room smelled moldy and dusty , I feel unfortable and can't sleep well during my stay .I really have a terrible staty there and I woun't stay there again .

I enjoy my stay here. The front desk manager was excellent, efficient and professional. All staffs were very friendly and concierge very helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, had a nice working area. I have some issues with wifi.
