Not for non-smokers. The entitled guests book non-smoking room and smoke in them. They walk through the lobby smoking and the hotel does nothing to stop - afraid to displease. But fi you are a smoker and want a modern 5-star hotel then it is a good choice.

Please allow me to explain to you: In accordance with hotel policy, we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms and public areas, and the hotel has a designated smoking area outside the entrance. I visit Linyi every year for Business and always stay at The Pullman Hotel. It is very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese options. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable especially Jane in Management. She is a huge asset for the hotel. The Pullman made my 5 days in Linyi very pleasant and productive.

Its been at least two years since I last stay at Pullman linyi. Hotel was well maintain. Room was clean nice neat Had buffet dinner at the cafe. It has a good spread. Overall nice quiet environment The only thing that i find it weird is, no complimentary breakfast for platinum member

I was surprised by the service. was a very good surprise. This hotel service was excellent. The team was so nice and helpful. The room are very clean and comfortable. The food menu and breakfast with many good western options.

The hotel has really good location and nice view from the room. Thank s to Ms. Jane she was always helpful in the lobby. All the staffs was really kind. The breakfast buffet was good as well. I will come back for next visit.
