On our way back to Northern Europe we stayed in that hotel. We arrived quite late and booked 2 roos for a family of 3 ... and a dog. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist very effective. I was surprised to see that we were able to get 2 rooms that communicated one with the other, while we did the reservation the same day of our arrival. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Located a couple of miles from the A10 highway, it is also close to a shopping center with several restaurants. Definitely a good option on you way to the South or back to the North.

Ibis Niort East Mendes is usually stop point for me 3 or 4 nights per year. The last 2 stays were very bad experiences. The last one in July 2022, i had a reservation for one room with two single beds (travelling with a family member). However the room made available had one bed for 2 guests. The reservation had been made ànd paid for one month in advance and in spite my complaints at the hotel reception, no other room was made available, or alternative offered. I was told that no other rooms were available and that my reservation had been dealt by an estagiare that did not pay enough attention to it when allocating the room type. This excuse by it self is already chocking. Also, being a silver member of the Accor fidelity card, a voucher for drinks should be offered, this was not the case.

Normally stay at Ibis Saintes which was not available, will not use again as rooms are on 2nd/3rd floors, also more complicated to find from motorway, sat nav put us into a car park at rear of building and first impression was establishedment was closed until you drive around to front

Wonderful hotel situated at the edge of the commercial zone. A few nice restaurants nearby, and a lot of shopping. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we were too tired and had a long trip ahead to enjoy the swimming pool and spa.

Spacious, clean room. Lovely indoor pool. Excellent value breakfast. Very convenient location with choice of restaurants and large retail park within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will use again!
