Very nice hotel Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ximena was very helpful and made us feel especially welcome. As a gold member I was very pleased with my upgraded room with a lovely view across to the spires of the Cathedral. A very happy visit.

Large clean rooms, highly efficiency booking, check-in and check-out service, a central location and a third of the price of another central Chartres hotel who told us they didn't have parking available and provided no alternative. The Mercure gave us helpful information on local parking and we were delighted to cancel our pricey and parking-unfriendly initial choice and rebook with the Mercure. The Colombian receptionist provided excellent tips on the local illuminations. Nancy, on the cleaning staff, kindly helped me with room access. Really impressed by this hotel. If it's indicative of other Mercures I'll trust this brand.

Hotel does not have restaurant but there are many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable location is excellent in the center of city close to all attractions Hotel has no parking but there is public parking nearby. Very good hospitality

This is my second stay and I’m happy to say I will be coming back! I got what I paid for and the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Recently renovated, I would recommend, especially as for me, the location is unbeatable. The Christmas lights and castle at this time of year are beautiful.
