We would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. Our Comfort rooms, as stated on our booking websites, feature open-plan bathrooms. However, for your stay, we made sure to assign you a room with a proper door to ensure your privacy. Regarding the room size, our Comfort rooms are designed to provide an enjoyable stay within a compact layout. If you are looking for more space and enhanced amenities, we would be delighted to recommend our Superior or Privilege rooms for your next visit, which offer a higher standard of comfort. As for the condition of the bathrooms, we assure you that there is no mold in our rooms. That said, we take your comments seriously, and we are currently in the process of renovating and replacing the seals in our bathrooms to ensure a fresher appearance. This is a gradual process, but it is one of our top priorities.
