One of the best Ibis srays anywhere we had. across the continents. The staff is super helpful - our flight was scheduled earlier and we arrived at around 8 am in the morning with a yound sleep deprived kid and was immediately helped with early check in by Shubhman, the kid very well attended by Sadhna and the housekeeping staff Ramesh and Sonarul exceeded the expectation of an Ibis hotel. The food was average and the chef special pav bhaji fondue may not be imoressive but by the attentiveness of the service and the cleanliness I see it matched only by ibis Kata and Kyoto. These are the stays which makes the investment in Accor explorer worth every single dollar

Très peu de personnel disponible, ni pour les bagages, ni pour répondre à des questions ou aider. Restaurant : le choix doit se faire en ligne, validé par un num de téléphone, impossible pour un touriste. Qualité très médiocre, et cher par rapport à la qualité. Buffet du petit déjeuner pas digne d’un Ibis. Exemple : Fruits peu frais, que des œufs durs beaucoup trop cuits… Et le pire : heureusement qu’on a réagi tout de suite car on a tenté de nous faire payer nos chambres réservées et déjà réglées…. Très mauvaise expérience.

Ibis Hotel im mittleren Segment. Das Essen ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich aber gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber simpel eingerichtet. Das Fitness Studio ist eher klein und sehr überschaubar. Personal und Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
