ibis Yerevan Center 3 gwiazdki

Super prestation. A l’accueil nous étions souvent en contact avec une hôtesse qui s’appelle Anna qui parlait très bien le français. Elle a été très professionnelle, réactive, adorable et tjrs avec le sourire. Seul bémol ce sont les chambres petites et pas très fonctionnels car pas de rangement. On a dû laisser nos vêtements dans les valises et se servir au fur et à mesure. Idem dans la salle de bain pas de rangement pour mettre nos affaires (trousse de toilette etc…). L’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre ville.

We stayed 4 nights in the the hotel and we absolutely loved it. It is located nearby cafes and restaurants and in walking distance from Republic Square, Opera and Cascade complex. We had also breakfast in a morning that we have arranged a day tour and the buffet was rich. The rooms are a little bit cramped but it provides all necessities and a nice bathroom. If we visit in the future Yerevan it will be definitely our choice.

Bardzo sympatyczna i sprawna obsługa

the location of hotel is in best part of yerevan with walking distance to most of the attractions and places of interest. the staff were friendly through the whole stay and stored our luggage after check-out because our flight was in the evening. be advised that a deposit of 50.000 drams is required at the check-in the hotel has a modern lobby with bar in ground floor (which explains the absence of minibar and tea maker in the rooms). breakfast is amazing and fresh, it includes different hot and cold foods and is served until 10 am. rooms and elevators are controlled by keycards (2 cards were given for each door) and there is no need to hand them over to the desk when leaving the room. our room was on 9th floor which was easily accessible with 3 big elevators.the room itself had good furniture including the hair dryer, wardrobe and safebox. wifi had good speed but lacked connectivity in some parts of the room. the AC in the room could have been better on temp control and the bed matress was a little too soft for us (we didn't ask for changing the mattress though) overall it was a good experience

Отель просто великолепный! Остались под огромным впечатлением от нашего пребывания. Номера чистые, уютные и стильно оформленные, всё продумано до мелочей. Кровать очень удобная, спали как младенцы. Ванная комната современная, чистые полотенца, ежедневная уборка. Персонал отеля заслуживает отдельной благодарности — всегда приветливые, внимательные и готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Завтраки были разнообразные и вкусные, всегда свежие продукты. Особенно понравились свежая выпечка. Ресторан при отеле тоже на высоте — ужин был изысканным и сытным. Расположение отеля очень удобное — близко к центру (центр на соседней улице), но при этом тихо и спокойно. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова и порекомендуем этот отель друзьям и знакомым.
