Прилетели на два дня. Из номера из сумки украли деньги. Конечно моя вина, что не убрали в сейф, но когда заселяешься в отель с именем, даже не думаешь, что возможно такое. Это происшествие испортило все впечатление от поездки.

В отеле действуют внутренние процедуры безопасности, включая контроль доступа персонала и систему видеонаблюдения, направленные на предотвращение подобных ситуаций. В каждом номере также предусмотрен сейф для хранения денежных средств и ценных вещей. В соответствии с общепринятой практикой гостиничной индустрии, отель не несёт ответственности за ценности, оставленные вне сейфа, о чём гости информируются при заселении в регистрационной карте. После получения Вашего обращения нами были незамедлительно проведены все возможные внутренние проверки, однако, к сожалению, каких-либо подтверждений произошедшего обнаружить не удалось.
