Beware, Worst customer care ever

I prepaid for this hotel but was asked to pay again at checkout. I showed the disinterested receptionist a copy of my pre payment invoice(in french) . She assured me I wouldn’t be charged again for the room. I was. I emailed, phoned , contacted Accor hotels customer care all to no avail. I submitted all the evidence but was consistently told I hadn’t overpaid. The manager had no time to talk to me and after 3 weeks I contacted my credit card company, who agreed to pursue the claim on my behalf. This seemed to galvanise the Ibis into action, they eventually agreed a refund after 4 weeks, it took ages to arrive. No apology , nothing. This could have been avoided from day 1 . So no more Accor hotels for me, a loyal customer for years counted for nothing. The poorest customer care experience by miles! Beware!

Incorrect booking due to incorrect date, after 10 minutes canceled immediately and the amount was not refunded to us even the lady on the desk confirmed they refund always as the date was even 2 days later. No goodwill neither from Booking.com nor the hotel - it’s a shame.

Room was fine, good restaurants nearby. We used the bar and sat outside. Shame about the great big hailstones which dented my car roof. But can’t blame the hotel for that! Overall a good place to stay.

Overnight stay made very easy by the position just off the motorway. Very comfortable room, lovely bathroom and free parking. Near to other hotels with restaurants so choice for eating out. Breakfast buffet look very nice although we didn't have it.

The perfect overnight stop off.

Stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Shops bars and restaurants are just a short drive away. Would happily stay here again on our next trip down to Spain.
