Établissement ancien, moins qualitatifs que d’autres hôtels portant le même nom. La chambre manque clairement d’entretien (voir photos): taches sur les murs comme Du crachat, robinet accompagné de son Rilsan, lumière latérale HS, crasse dans la douche…) La chasse d’eau se remplie par intermittence car le mécanisme doit être endommagé, d’ailleurs, l’interrupteur est maintenu par de magnifiques vis insérées avec soin…. Le petit déjeuné est moyen: même pas de jambon alors que les autres établissements le proposent. Pompom: en voyage d’affaire, nous avons réservés via booking, ma chambre était ok, la personne de la réception n’avait à priori pas réservé la chambre, la communication était vraiment médiocre pour se faire comprendre… Le point positif je dirais est que c’est correctement isolé phoniquement. Le parking est assez grand. Restaurant en face à recommander.

Infâme! J'ai appelé le 10 juillet pour réserver une chambre le 3 août et m'aperçois que ma CB à été débitée le 12. J'appelle l'établissement qui l'informe d'un NO SHOW.. je leur explique que j'avais réservé le 3 mais ma réservation n'a jamais été prise en compte et S. Me promet un remboursement des le lendemain. Depuis le 19 juillet j'attends et S. Me trouve à chaque fois des excuses au non remboursement. Je suis arrivée hier et j'ai du payer 78 euros malgré la somme indue. La chambre est sale, mouches, papier de gâteau, cheveux sur matelas. Les veilleuses vous empêchent de dormir. Endroit à éviter d'urgence

I didn't expect much but this Ibis hotel massively avoided living up to even low expectations. Advanced rate wasn't honoured on arrival. I had an email saying there was no more to pay but the receptionist seemingly couldn't do anything about this and explained that the additional costs had already been put on our card. Then realised on looking at our invoice that we'd also been charged for 3 breakfasts when there were only 2 of us. Spoke to a different receptionist who noted this down in a book for the management. The room had clearly either not been cleaned or only had the sheets and towels replaced. There was dirt around the sink, in the shower tray and on the ladder of the bunk bed including some hairs, which fortunately, we didn't need to use. The radiator in our room had fallen off the wall and there were exposed wires - I wouldn't have felt safe staying there with children. Decided not to raise this as it was late when we arrived and our welcome experience had been so poor that we didn't have much faith anything would be resolved. Next morning, we headed down to breakfast at 9am. It was due to finish at 9:30am. There were women coming and going from the reception but no clear person working there after I'd spoken briefly to a receptionist about being overcharged. We just about managed to get a croissant each, an orange juice and a coffee - really not worth the 7,50 eur being charged and not great to basically have no choice despite arriving 30 minutes before breakfast was meant to have finished. I raised these issues via email with Accor, the day we left, and have also filled in the generic customer feedback form but have yet to receive any reply. Overall, an incredibly poor level of customer service - the lack of care for customers is blatant, it is like they've given up even trying. There are other hotels available in this area...avoid this one!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in tripla per 2 notti. Direi che complessivamente siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Parcheggio gratis molto spazioso di fronte alla reception, wi-fi gratuito, personale sempre disponibile a fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione su luoghi da poter visitare nei dintorni o ristoranti da consigliare. Colazione non eccezionale, mancano gli affettati, ma comunque adeguata. Camera molto pulita, anche se molto piccola per essere una tripla (assente l'armadio) e con un buon impianto di riscaldamento. Come riassunto nel titolo è comunque un buon posto in cui fermarsi per una breve sosta di piacere o di lavoro.

è un albergo rinnovato con criteri di razionalizzazione degli spazi e utilizzo pratico è pulito e ordinato , il personale è gentile e in grado di rispondere alle diverse richieste :dal posto in cui mangiare alle informazioni sul tempo..
