Simple and basic that ticked all the boxes for a place to base ourselves with everything necessary at hand. Remembering that this is a three star establishment, the facilities were good and clean, and the staff were generally very attentive. Handy parking just across the road too. The in house breakfast was simple but good.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A credit to your hotel especially Aadesh! Room was comfortable. Bed comfortable. Shower gel could do with being refilled but otherwise as we expected. Breakfast was good lots of choice. Well located to town centre and bars.

We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel in the heart of Belfast. Andrew was the employee we most appreciated as he was genuinely interested in serving us. We do vacation rentals in the mountains of Colorado 🇺🇸and I would hire Andrew to manage them in a heartbeat. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the breakfast fantastic but the employees were out standing. The room price was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate, make your reservation NOW.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean with exemplary staff. Great value fot money. Johnny supplied great Pizzas and was really nice to everyone. Adesh on check in was very helpful, Andrew and the breakfast team were superb and went the 'extra mile' with helping with local landmarks and facilities. Recommend it..

Tried to cancel this hotel a week before arrival on my booking it stated the following: See Image below. Would not let me cancel without a cancellation charge. Cleary states on email no charge before arrival. Very strange cancellation policy.
