A nice budget hotel with pleasant reception/food area. Staff were very amiable & helpful. The room was warm, clean & pleasant. The bed was comfortable but I found the pillows too high so my neck tended to ache in the morning. There were no other pillow options available. The shower room was a good size. The shower was adequate but a bit dated, The Ibis Central was in a good location for the town centre & bus station

Stayed in the Ibis Belfast City Centre Hotel recently as a group of friends. On arrival we were warmly greeted , check in was seamless , the rooms while small were spotlessly clean.. The staff in the bar/restaurant area were very friendly and warm. The breakfast was excellent, and overall our group only had good things to say . Good location for the city shopping area and the Christmas Market and the train station. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at the Ibis Belfast City and our stay was delightful. The check in process was seamless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff members Monisha & Sawitree were in particular exception. Such a credit to the business. Our stay was great and that personal touch by the staff made it 10/10.

Myself and 7 friends (ladies weekend) had a 3 night stay here. The hotel is very central and we got a great deal with an evening meal included. Food was very good. All the staff were really great and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
