David and Jonny had a wonderful manner and were extremely helpful and very approachable. The premises was very clean and the staff always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable in the bedroom. Would come again!

Came here on a Wednesday evening with friends. Sat in the downstairs pizza area which was well decorated and warm. Was a bit skeptical but, David makes a top pizza and Johnny was very welcoming. Nice evening and pizza. Would return again when I'm back in Belfast

Room was Very Clean & Comfortable; Front Desk staff needs a staff meeting on policies.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness & amenities of room. I needed luggage storage and confirmed 24 hours before departure they would be able to accommodate my needs. I was told, yes, they could store my luggage. I would be able to easily depart instead of finding a stasher.com location to store my luggage. Upon checkout, the staff working that day said absolutely not and to go to the mall for a storage location. I asked if there was storage in the direction of the central bus station or at the bus station since I was catching a flight through the international airport. I was surprised at their lack of service in assisting me when they changed what they had told me. There were two people working and I was the only person. I walked to the mall, which DID NOT have luggage storage. I ended up storing my luggage through stasher.com at a Premier Inn. After a 3-mile hike around town dragging my luggage to mall then to the storage location and then finally to bus station--the bus to the airport had a stop had a stop 30' from the entrance of the hotel (Front desk staff must not know this since I had asked the best way to get to the international airport). Because I was impressed by Premier Inn's customer service, I booked my departure stay from Belfast with Premier Inn.
