Terrible hotel we arrived in our room and the smell in the bathroom was stinking so we complained and they said they would change our room but they couldn't gets the lights to work so we had to stay in our original room and they give us some air freshener never again

Rooms are small and basic but very clean. It's a budget hotel so was expected. The staff were helpful and cheerful and the location is pretty good so all in all no issues.

I cant really complain, its a budget hotel. Nothing special. Room was okay. 2 beds and a cupboard for a toilet, with no lock. a walk in shower. With some very cheap basic shower gel. No kettle or refreshments. Air conditioning worked well. Didn't try the TV. We arrived on a Friday and left on Sunday, upon check in we was told WIFI was broken and was in the process of being fixed. It wasn't fixed by the time we left. Didn't really bother me, I was barely in the room, just to shower and sleep. No big deal. Breakfast was a continental for £8.50. I wasn't paying that. Amazing cafe a few doors down called Lava House. £12 for a massive delicious breakfast. (See review) We did leave our luggage with the hotel so we could go for a wonder after we checked out,and wasn't charged as the WIFI was broken otherwise it would of been £2 a case. Pretty easy to find. Right in the city centre. If your on a budget and need a bed and a shower. This place is for you. If your looking for luxury. You wont find it here.

Budget by name, budget by nature! 6 of us (45+ females) booked one night here. We were a little naïve and didn't check the reviews or website out beforehand, but we got the room for £65 each so we thought great! Now that we've been, £195 for a room here too expensive, especially given this was soooo basic. It is a hostel - with private rooms. Utilities are super basic, and having to share one tiny sink between 3 grown women was a challenge. I hope you don't like privacy because you wont have any. On the plus side, it was quiet the night we were there (we were told by a regular to Belfast it can be a very loud hotel) and the beds were more comfortable than expected so we did sleep. Don't think I'd be booking this again.
