Ben posizionato e letto davvero comodo. L’unica pecca è la pulizia della camera. Ogni giorno pulivano e cambiavano gli asciugamani ma non si capiva come la doccia e il pavimento erano sempre sporchi e pieni di capelli.

l'hotel è in una buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere il centro città. ottimo il parcheggio convenzionato poco distante dalla struttura. La stanza è in linea con lo stile ibis Budget che va benissimo per le nostre esigenze. Letto comodo. Colazione nel complesso non pienamente soddisfacente.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è mediamente pulita e accogliente e la camera era confortevole. La posizione è buona, comoda e vicina alla stazione. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti migliorabili: nella doccia sarebbe utile trovare shampoo e balsamo a disposizione. Inoltre, nel bagno la luce si spegneva automaticamente dopo circa un minuto, anche mentre lo stavo utilizzando. La porta del bagno è a un’anta che non si chiude completamente ed è aperta nella parte inferiore, quindi la privacy non è ottimale: consiglierei la struttura soprattutto a chi viaggia con una persona con cui si ha grande confidenza. Dalla finestra entrava inoltre un po’ di umidità e la connessione Wi-Fi non funzionava sempre in modo stabile. Ho invece apprezzato molto il corner caffè gratuito, un servizio davvero gradito. Nel complesso, un soggiorno discreto con alcuni punti positivi ma anche diversi aspetti migliorabili.

Nessuna pulizia e molta maleducazione

Accoglienza indecente, una giovane donna, che dovrebbe essere alla reception per cercare di rendere un viaggio piacevole, alta, corpulenta, decisamente nervosa, che invece di cercare di aiutare una donna di 55 anni che si sforza di parlare una lingua straniera ( per altro ho viaggiato parecchio e con le frasi basiche non ho mai avuto alcun problema), al primo tentennamento ( causato da un selvaggio mal di testa, dovuto ad un viaggio Ryanair durato oltre 6 ore invece di 2, per rottura dell'aereo) , con tono decisamente maleducato ed alta voce, afferma " you must speak english, I don't speak italian". E beh quando verrai in Italia, mi piacerebbe che un reception ti dicesse la medesima frase appena messo piede in hotel e poi si che impareresti l'umiltà. Empatia 0 ! Pulizia 0 ! 7 notti, mai lavato il bagno, né spazzato per terra, né cambiato le lenzuola, né svuotato il cestino! Entravano in stanza per cambiare gli unici 2 teli spugna in dotazione (un giorno hanno saltato anche quel minimo e sono andata a lamentarmi, nulla è cambiato se non il fatto di aver messo davanti alla porta l'aspirapolvere, magari avrebbero voluto che pulissi la stanza 😡). Unica nota positiva, la colazione. I ragazzi decisamente più gentili delle ragazze. Ho chiesto per l'ultima mattina, la colazione take away, visto l'orario del volo, mi è stata accordata da un ragazzo. Magicamente il giorno dopo, per la ragazza non sarebbe stato fattibile, meno male che avevo la mail e la colazione è stata preparata ( anche perché l'avevo pagata in anticipo).Diciamo che il personale dovrebbe essere scelto con maggiore cautela. Se non volete italiani nelle vostre sedi irlandesi, non accettateli Esperienza terribile.

L'hotel è nella zona centrale di Belfast, però lo sconsiglio per il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo...troppo costoso per essere un hotel a 2 stelle, pulizia della camera pressocchè inesistente.
