Ibis was my first choice on business trip. Now I have to review my idea. Economy of one soap and one shampoo for 2 people in a room ! Mileage program that you will never reach return !! Pet friendly is not for all guests.

Good Morning It is standard hotel to have a shampoo and a soap in the room, just ask at reception that we will make it available as much as necessary. The hotel accepts one dog per apartment. Regards Thaiane Ferreira

The hotel is good and it was very well located for our (my husband and me) needs. The breakfast (optional) was also good with many different kind of fruits, breads, etc. It't very near the Pruden Shopping (a mall) and you can easily go walking there.

nothing wrong. Just the keys were not working well inside the room good crew great location the room was clean, also the bathroom there was an area to cleanup baby bottles, and a microwave oven the breakfast was very rich

I really like the Ibis brand. They have a nice cost/benefit ratio. The accommodations are clean, the staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms have a good size for quick trips. I recommend it......

Friendly staff, definitely it follows Ibis standards! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, good size parking lot. The room's AC works great, definitely one thing to worry about when you visit Presidente Prudente.
