Very nice hotel, rooms are well equipped, breakfast was delicious and with a lot of stuff. You can even choose the pillow type you want! the cinese restaurant is very delicious. Beijing duck 👌 I would like to express gratitude to the hotel manager Maria. She was always very kind,polite and helpful with all questions during our vacation.

Had lunch (cream of mushroom soup and pesto pasta with drinks) followed by New Years afternoon tea (fixed menu with drink options). Both were excellent-great menu items and attentive and prompt service. In between we lounged around lobby and pool areas. Facilities were superb even for a daytime visit.

During the last years I stayed many times at Pullmann Sanya Bay. It’s always like coming home. My favorites are the BBQ dinner (it’s so delicious) and the umbrellas on the beach. This time I met Maria, she is a Guest Relation Manager, speaks perfect English and helps in case of any problem. Thank you so much for the comfortable stay and see you next time.

I definitely rate the hotel stay very positively from the perspective of a family with children. Excellent and varied breakfasts, well-maintained, green surroundings of the hotel buildings, fantastic pools and the proximity to the beach were a guarantee of a great vacation. An additional and very significant advantage of the hotel is the English-speaking guest relation manager, Maria. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Maria for her exceptionally professional approach, outstanding kindness, helpfulness, and care. Her attitude was a significant added value to our stay at the Pullman Hotel. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

Best place to stay in Sanya with children.

We chose the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort based on the location of the resort. Its a friendly and family orientated resort. As i don't speak mandarin, i'd thought I would struggle but the staff was amazing. Before officially booking, Celia was most kind helping me book a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 families and a grandma to have a family celebration. Celia even went that one step further to arrange a cake on the actual day and decorate the room. She was super nice. We also, had Kevin the concierge who helped booked big mini vans to help cart our family around Sanya to anywhere we wanted , with 12 hours notice and was very flexible to our needs. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very attentive. A lady called Cindy was especially nice to grandma and remembered that she likes her coffee extra hot so she would bring her coffee every morning. A really nice touch. Overall, we loved the Pullman, it had lots of activities for the children and also if you were there to just chill, you could also. We did do some sight-seeing such as the big white statue. If you do go, remember to bring your passports for entry. Remember to setup Wechat with payment to make your life easier. Wechat did everything and was our main source of communication with the staff. We also like to thank Carrie who looked after our apartment and our family when we were staying in the room.
