We stayed two nights here and we very impressed with the way the hotel was run, particularly the reception that was helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and the room was excellent . Rodez as a city is worth a visit but do not concentrate on the cathedral - there is much more than that in the town. plus the golf course is good.

Nice hotel though in the middle of a busy centre. Unfortunately at night the noise kept me awake till 1:30. Parking is a nescessity but not included. We parked in front of the hotel but that did not feel that secure.

Mister, Thank you for your comment after your stay at the Mercure Hotel Cathedral. We are so sorry for the noise, next time, ask us for a room at the other side. The vue is not the same but for the noise, it will be better for you. For the car park, we have one but it is a little bit too small. But if you park in front of the hotel, it is ok. The staff was amazing! So helpful, friendly and more than willing to answer our “touristy” questions. The rooms were clean, comfortable and we had an overall pleasant experience. Location was perfect, right next to Cathedral and a walk away from the many shops and cafes. Highly recommend!

I stay here with work and cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and amazing customer service.It is like going home every time I visit.The hotel is very central and the rooms are very modern and comfortable and clean.The breakfast room is lovely and they serve a great choice of food from 5am.I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Rodez.
