Hotel di recente costruzione con il water e il lavandino in camera. NON è un 5 stelle e nemmeno un 4 stelle. Secondo gli standard europei è un 3 stelle. Non c'entra nulla con i Novotel della Accor. In camera ti danno un solo asciugamano per doccia e viso. Zero amenities. Bottiglie d'acqua aperta e ri-filled senza alcuna garanzia che sia potabile. Colazione ottima per un indiano con tanto cibo locale ma pessima per un occidentale: yogurt sfuso, nessuna possibilità di scelta, niente marmellate, niente prosciutto ecc. Personale non adeguato: mi sono trovato con doppio addebito. Dopo averlo fatto notare hanno stornato il secondo addebito ma con il cambio valuta ho perso 20 euro e nessuno me li ha rimborsati. Posizione dell'hotel pessima, lontano da tutto. Unico lato positivo la comodità del letto. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Novotel is positioned as a mid-upscale brand, and while design elements such as the open-plan bathroom concept are intentional and aligned with the brand’s contemporary standards in several regions, we understand that this may not align with every guest’s preference, particularly when compared with European hotel formats. Your comments regarding in-room amenities, towel availability, and drinking water are of concern. These aspects are part of our service fundamentals, and your feedback has been escalated to the relevant teams to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards. We would also like to reassure you that the hotel follows strict water safety protocols; however, we acknowledge that presentation and communication around this clearly fell short in your case. The matter of the duplicate charge and the resulting currency loss is particularly regrettable. While the duplicate transaction was reversed, we recognise that the exchange rate impact caused inconvenience, and this feedback has been reviewed with our finance and front office teams to avoid such situations in the future. With regard to breakfast, our offering reflects a balance of international and local selections. That said, we recognise your comments about choice, packaging, and food preferences, and these have been shared with our culinary team for review, especially in the context of international business travellers. We note your dissatisfaction with the hotel’s location and acknowledge that proximity to key attractions can influence guest experience, depending on travel purpose. curato in ogni dettaglio, corridoi profumati e lucenti, personale molto preparato e gentile, il cibo è molto buono al ristorante, c’è molta scelta, camerieri sempre gentili, un ringraziamento al cameriere Ajax, che fin dal primo giorno ci ha aiutato a scegliere cosa mangiare, dato che la maggior parte del cibo è piccante. La piscina in cima è controllata dal bagnino, cosa che mi ha fatto sentire più sicuro.
