I am first time coming in Kolkata and I chose in Novotel hotel ,this is beautiful place in tha city and warm welcome in reception and front office team .room was nit and clean.one day came for THE SQUARE RESTURANT eating food this really nice and imaging, wonderful experience in this restaurant and I tried kolkata style chicken biryani so good and delicious 😋😋😋 special thanks Mr krupasindhu ,Mr.abhishek and Nasir help full guys and the restaurant manager MR Honey his very helpful and kind .I really appreciate his service from f&b team the square RESTURANT. Thank you Novotel Kolkata team ,I visit again.

The buffet was amazing! The services excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend for people come here and visit. The servers are all so polite, efficient and quick in service. Krupa sindhu was my server and he was very polite and friendly
