Novotel Kolkata is absolute love. The rooms the service the food, it can't get better than this. Chandrani specially takes care of everything so well it makes the stay and experience so much more comfortable for all us everytime we visit. We almost visit every other month and planning to do so in future as well.

Overall this is a very good experience & food is also very good.
