I stayed in Novotel Juhu Beach during 25-28 Nov during an official trip. Their reception staff looked incompetent to handle guests and were taking long time for check-out. They charged me twice on my card and said will refund the money. It's been 40 days and I am following up with them but it is still not refunded. Very poor customer service. This property and staff are not up to the mark of a Novotel property. Would not recommend. And still waiting for the refund.........

Very clean and tidy room, Shubham is extremely helpful and we enjoyed staying here. The bed and bathroom was cleaned while we were out and it was very good coming back to a clean room after being out all day. They vacuumed and kept our room how we left it

Services are good. Staff was supportive specially pallavi and benazir.. good experience 🥰☺️ Must recommend when in Bombay and most importantly they have private beach so that was awesome... Enjoyed alot thank you so much for your hospitality
