Shubham the room attendant was very helpful, and the cleaning was great. The rest of the hotel has signs of wear and tear, and the food is overpriced, though the breakfast is good. Overall, the other reviews I’ve come across are accurate, but I’ll give a special shout out to Shubham as helpful and professional hotel staff!

Declining Standards and Disappointing Experience

Hotel Review: Our stay at this hotel was disappointing due to a series of issues that reflected poor attention to detail and declining service standards. 1. The first room we were assigned had a noticeable smell of smoke, clearly indicating it hadn’t been properly checked before being handed over. 2. The second room had its view entirely blocked by maintenance work, making the stay unpleasant. 3. The third room had one window blocked and the other partially open. To make matters worse, we were subjected to loud drilling noises throughout the following morning. Allocating a room in the midst of such disruptive work shows a lack of regard for guest comfort. 4. The fourth room we were moved to on the other side of the hotel initially seemed fine. However, on one of the nights, the washroom hadn’t been cleaned, water bottles weren’t replenished, and the room hadn’t been vacuumed. Additionally, there was no hot water that night, and the room telephone wasn’t functional, adding to the frustration. The issues weren’t limited to the accommodations. At The Hotel Square’s Saturday brunch, the restaurant was noticeably understaffed. We had to wait nearly 5 minutes to be seated and then another 5 minutes to get basic cutlery, with no staff in sight to assist. Overall, it felt as though the hotel’s quality standards have dropped significantly, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with our experience.

My experience at the Novotel Juhu was fabulous. The staff at the restaurant Square were very helpful and flexible to address my families needs. Especially keeping in mind that I have a son who was impatient during his lunch. Pallavi, Benazir and Manager.

When visiting Novotel Juhu, make sure you visit Sampan. It has one of the best Chineese Asian Food. The vibe here is awesome! We celebrated our Anniversary here and the staff make is feel like we were on cloud 9! Thank you for such hospitality.

I recently stayed at Novotel Hotel, and it was a great experience. The stay was comfortable, and the food was delightful. A special mention to the receptionist, Yajnaseni, who was exceptionally helpful and kind, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!
