Very nice next to the ses, but it could be much better, everything is so so. Reception is very stressed, rooms are not clean and need renovation. Breakfast is great, chinese restaurant is good, but why play western pop music. Overall is the people working there rather confusing.

A fantastic place for a stay. Let the stay be for a business trip or simply a relaxing vacation, Novotel has it. Starting with the food, they have excellent variety and multiple restaurants. The rooms are neat and clean, and the ones which are sea facing are simply too good. It has a gym, swimming pools 🏊, Spa, bar🍷, etc. The staff is friendly and lively. The main thing is that the hotel is on the 🏖️, giving a great sunset🌅 view and wind to enjoy. The only flaw is that it doesn't have much to entertain such as a games area or something like that, but for a relaxing vacation, it's superb! I can confidently say that Novotel, is a complete 5 Star Hotel ⭐.

We took 3 rooms for 4 nights. Below are our observations about the property. Pros- Location is superb, no doubt about this. Cons- Higher rates of the hotel is only due to its location, rest nothing is great here. - Despite online check-in, one day before arrival, it took them 45 minutes for us to wait at the lobby. - No shortage of staff but half of the staff are on their own, chit chatting with each other in the lobby area. - TV remote in the room was wrapped with a black tap, you can see it's broken already. Come on, it's a matter of 250-300 Rs, take a new one. We called maintenance 2 times to fix it. - The guest lobby area with wooden flooring is already gone, I don't know if anyone has not noticed it or if they just are in a casual attitude of( chalta hai), hardly matters. - We asked for whiskey glasses in the room, for that, 3 calls I made, with an interval of 15 minutes, and finally got 2 water drinking high ball glasses. I just smiled at the guy, and asked him what he bought, reply was this is what they have given to me. Later he promised to bring another 2 glasses, but poor guy never returned. When I asked one of the staff, casually why the property was not maintained, the answer given was, what to do sir, Mr Khanna has to understand all these issues. By the time I thought to check with him, who is Mr Khanna, he left. Overall, as per my experience, they have to work a lot on staff training and overall maintenance of property, because this is what we call a 5* property, or else don't put a tag of star property with a higher rate. No one complains about all these points in a lower budgeted hotel, but yes when a person is paying good amount, he deserves to get that level of satisfaction

This is a 4/5 star hotel. We had booked two rooms for 5 nights. The worst I have ever been. we got to check in late as we were traveling full day. I had a 2 year old child with me. Our allocated rooms were filthy, corridor was filthy, the sofas were full of large stains , carpets were stained. we were under the impression that the hotel had been refurbished but not so when we got there. as we had pre paid for our rooms there was no refund. We were offered a suite and 1 room after a lot of hustle. this was as bad as others. by this time it was midnight. As the hotel has another branch at the airport, we asked to be transferred there. The duty manager said they checked it was fully sold. By this time we were cheesed off. I decided to google that hotel. I saw availability. Next I rang that hotel and was told there were rooms available. I was clearly lied to. the hotel where i had the booking was neither prepared to refund the money not transfer us. They promised to do something for us in the morning so we decided to stay that night. n Next morning nothing happened. The breakfast was chaotic, no room to sit, not enough crockery, long wait for food , bad service. I would not recommend anybody to book at this place [.

Bageegha restaurant is a must!

If you stay at the Novotel Mumbai, you must eat at the Bageecha restaurant, the food was 10/10. I had the meat “taster” option and it was absolutely delicious, big shout out to our chef Suraj and our waitress Shruti! Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back!
